Pro Bono for the Planet
Each year we choose a project that we believe in, a project that wouldn’t happen otherwise, and we donate our time, our skills and our energy.
We help spread the message of someone doing something good in the world.
It’s a small step, but in our eyes, a vital one.
At the same time, these projects allow us to test new tools and new software. We get to ride that version 1.0 cutting edge of technology and take risks that wouldn’t be possible in our normal work. This is our chance to take adventure, education and engagement to the next level with new mapping and visualization tools. We’re helping explorers explore better. We’re helping adventurers tell a better story around the campfire. We’re helping to bring scientific inquiry to the wide world.
Please take a look, we hope you’ll come away inspired by what these people are doing, and also by the tools that are available to spread the good word.

Dolphin and Dall Porpoise Research
We thought we had the best job ever...nope. These guys do. At least we got to visualize ourselves out there on a boat and live vicariously through their incredible work while we mapped their data.
