What Blue Water GIS was able to do for our project was nothing short of a miracle. Katie and Mark took over 600 pages of dense technical information and, with very little assistance, were able to interpret it and turn it into a beautiful, approachable, and informative outreach tool that people will actually read.  This was a challenging project due to shifting budget and schedule considerations and overloaded staff, but Katie and Mark have just the right mix of “go with the flow” and “git ‘er done” to see a challenging project through to completion while respecting and responding to client needs. We could not be more pleased with both the process and outcome.
